Progress Report 2020 for the Access to Health Fund

The Access to Health Fund aims to increase access to health services for vulnerable populations in conflict-affected areas in Myanmar. The primary areas of work are Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Kachin, Shan, Yangon and Chin. The Fund focuses on the delivery of an integrated package of health services, including maternal, newborn and child health, tuberculosis (TB) and malaria, as well as sexual and reproductive health and rights, services related to drug use and health consequences, nutrition, prison health and health systems strengthening.

The first half of 2020 signaled the start of the second year of the Fund. The year, however, was severely disrupted by COVID-19. This report outlines the acheivements and lessons learned of the Fund in the first half of 2020.
